These terms govern use of Bloom Mosaic Studio’s website and the TurkishWorkshopPlatform booking services. By booking a workshop or using the site, you agree to these terms.
Introduction
Bloom Mosaic Studio offers hands-on mosaic workshops and related services. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms where allowed by law.
Booking terms
- A booking is confirmed only after successful payment (or other arrangement we explicitly confirm in writing).
- Workshop capacity is limited; availability is shown at checkout and may change until your booking is confirmed.
- You agree to provide accurate name, email, and other details needed to hold your seat and contact you about the session.
Payment terms
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Card and billing details are handled by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- You authorize us and our payment processor to charge the amount shown at checkout for your booking.
- Any taxes or fees presented at checkout apply to your transaction as described there.
Refund policy
Refunds follow the same rules described in our dedicated refund policy. In summary: you may request a refund when your request is submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled start of the workshop. Refunds are not automatic — admin approval is required. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe to your original payment method when possible; timing after issuance depends on your bank or card issuer. No-shows and late arrivals do not automatically qualify. Promotional bookings may have extra restrictions. If we cancel or reschedule a workshop, we will communicate options (such as refund or reschedule) for that event.
User responsibilities
- Arrive on time and follow studio safety instructions and staff directions.
- Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with other customers’ experience.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for safeguarding access to your account if you create one.
Cancellation policy
Customer-initiated cancellations and refund eligibility are governed by the refund policy above (including the 48-hour window and admin review). If Bloom Mosaic Studio cancels a session, we will notify affected bookings and outline next steps. For complete detail, see the refund policy page.
Liability disclaimer
Workshops involve creative activities and studio materials. You participate at your own risk to the extent allowed by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bloom Mosaic Studio and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation or use of the site.
